Lorentz, Deschamps & Associés (LD&A), advises CM CIC LBO Partners and Perfectis in the MBO of telecom operator Nerim

In 1999 by Christophe Carel and Raphaël Bouaziz created Nerim (www.nerim.fr), a telecom operator focusing on SMEs in France providing internet access, hosting and telecom services.
With an average annual growth in excess of 20% over the past 10 years, Nerim has built a robust services portfolio. The company has also successfully pursued a build up strategy with 5 completed acquisitions in 10 years bringing new services and expertise, customer portfolio and network assets. In 2011, Nerim had a turnover of €24m.
The Management Buyout (« MBO ») is led by Cyril de Metz, CEO, Raphaël Bouaziz and the management team with the support of CM-CIC LBO Partners who becomes the majority shareholder.
